• Items must be in their original, unused condition
• Items must be in original packaging with all tags and labels attached
• Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return
• Items damaged during shipping are eligible for replacement or refund

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at info@handgiftspecial.world or through our contact page with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
4. Include the RA number on the outside of the package
5. Ship the item back to the address provided

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time is typically 5-7 business days after we receive the item
• You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@handgiftspecial.world. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or personalized items made to your specifications
• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
• Items returned after the 30-day return period

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the shipping receipt until your refund is processed.

International Returns
